Topper World (41/2, Temple Road, Suduhumpola, Kandy, Sri Lanka) sells printed cake topper sheets through this website and WhatsApp. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how you can have it deleted.

අපි එකතු කරන තොරතුරු මොනවද, ඇයි, සහ ඒවා මකා දමන්නේ කොහොමද කියලා මේ පිටුවේ තියෙනවා.

What we collect · අපි එකතු කරන දේ

• Your name, phone number, email (if given) and delivery address when you order or leave your details on the website. · Order එකක් දානකොට දෙන නම, phone අංකය, email, ලිපිනය.
• The designs in your cart and your orders. · Cart එකේ designs සහ ඔබේ orders.
• WhatsApp messages, photos and voice notes you send to our business number (081 220 3523), and our replies. · අපේ WhatsApp number එකට එවන messages, photos, voice notes.
• Basic, anonymous website visit statistics (pages viewed). We do not use advertising trackers on this site. · Website එකට එන අයගේ නම් නැති සරල සංඛ්‍යා.

Why we use it · ඇයි පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ

• To print, pack and deliver your order and to contact you about it (order confirmations, printing and delivery updates, tracking numbers).
• To answer your questions on WhatsApp. Replies may be written by an AI assistant and checked by our team.
• If you leave your details on the website but don't finish the order, we may send you a reminder on WhatsApp. Reply STOP at any time and we won't message you again.

Order එක print කරලා යවන්න, ඒ ගැන ඔබට දැනුම් දෙන්න සහ WhatsApp ප්‍රශ්න වලට උත්තර දෙන්න විතරයි පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ. තවත් messages එපා නම් STOP කියලා එවන්න.

Who we share it with · කාත් එක්ක බෙදාගන්නවද

• The courier service delivering your parcel (name, phone, address).
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), which carries our WhatsApp messages.
• Service providers that help us run the shop: our web hosting, and AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) that help write replies and read voice notes.

How long we keep it · කොච්චර කල් තියාගන්නවද

Order records are kept for our accounts and to help with repeat orders. WhatsApp conversations and website leads are kept while they are useful for serving you, and are deleted on request.

Deleting your data · ඔබේ තොරතුරු මකා දැමීම

To have your information deleted, send “Delete my data” on WhatsApp to 081 220 3523 or email aspsoftkandy@gmail.com. We will delete your details, WhatsApp conversation and website lead within 30 days, except order records we must keep by law, and tell you when it's done.

ඔබේ තොරතුරු මකා දමන්න ඕන නම් WhatsApp එකෙන් “Delete my data” කියලා එවන්න. දින 30ක් ඇතුළත මකා දමලා ඔබට දන්වනවා.
